Iris' Massage Studio
Policies and Regulations
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling any appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the entire booking fee, using the credit card used to book the appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you are using a gift certificate, the owed amount will be deducted at that time.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a"no-show", they will be charged for their missed appointment, if a gift certificates or a membership massage is used, they will expire at that time, no exceptions!
Gift Certificate have an expiration date, as long as it is stated on the certificate or provides a telephone number related to restrictions. Expiration Date Policy! The expiration date written on my certificates are valid under Florida Law and applies if no contact was made either by phone or online to schedule an appointment before the expiration date of the certificate. Gift Certificates and coupons have no cash value and can not be exchanged for cash. All Iris Massage Studio gift certificates have a 6 month expiration date from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
I look forward seeing you soon!
